The playground at Prairie Oasis Park will get an upgrade in 2019. A portion of the existing structure will remain; however, a new accessible playground with a pour in place rubber surface will be added by the end of October 2019.

The RFP for the Accessible Playground Project closed on June 26, 2019 for the supply and install of an accessible playground structure with a pour in place rubber fall zone. The scope of the work presented in the RFP were as follows:
The City of Warman has taken the liberty of reaching out a number of resources, including Sask Abilities Council, Camp Easter Seal, City of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan Parks & Recreation Association (SPRA) and Saskatoon Health Region for their opinion on the designs and styles to consider. Warman City Council approved the project at the Regular Meeting of Council, July 15, 2019. |
